Hi Ansley, Thanks for stopping by my blog! I don't really have a recipe for my icecream sandwiches. I use the chocolate chip recipe found at Mary Beth's Salt and Chocolate blog-I link to it) because it's the best ever amd let the ice cream soften for about 15 minutes, then put the icecream in and put the sandwiches back in the freezer for a few minutes. I hope you enjoy them!
